Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for your enrollment in any Learn by Sanestix program.

Summary — 3-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 3 days before the cohort officially begins. After the cohort starts, no refunds are issued. This policy applies to all programs offered at learn.sanestix.com.

1. Refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted at least 3 days before the cohort start date
  • You have not accessed more than the first session's recording
  • Your request is sent via email to contact@sanestix.com or WhatsApp

2. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Request is made after the cohort has begun
  • You have attended one or more live sessions
  • You have accessed, downloaded, or used program templates and materials
  • Removal from the program due to violation of our Code of Conduct
  • Change of personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or loss of interest after cohort begins
  • Technical issues on your end (device, internet connection, etc.)

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us before the deadline via:

Please include your full name, email address used for enrollment, and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Cohort deferral

If you are unable to attend the cohort you enrolled in, you may request to defer to the next available cohort (subject to availability) at no additional cost, provided the request is made before the cohort begins. Deferral is available once per enrollment.

5. Program cancellation by Sanestix

In the unlikely event that we cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • Automatic transfer to the next available cohort

We will notify affected students via email and WhatsApp as soon as possible.
